At SAFP we understand that our older patients and seniors sometimes need more time to be seen in the office. They often have multiple medications which must be maintained and carefully checked for interactions and side effects. Older patients also tend to have more specialist involvement in their care. SAFP will maintain a high level of communication with any specialists involved in a patient’s care.
